Aretta Jean Ellis, 72, of Logan, passed away Tuesday, October 14th, 2003, at Hocking Valley Community Hospital, Logan. She was born August 19th, 1931 in Greendale, Ohio, the daughter of the late William Henry and Jenny Marie Lambert Dye.
She was retired from Goodyear.
She is survived by 1 son Dave Kathy Ellis of Logan, 2 daughters Tammy Dave Grubb of Logan and Jody Dave Tatman of Lancaster, 9 grandchildren, 5 gr. grandchildren, and 1 sister Josephine Buddy Skiver of Logan.
In addition to her parents, 1 daughter Regina Oliver and 1 sister Edna Page preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday October 17, 2003 at Cardaras Funeral Home, Logan with Elder David Mingus officiating. Interment will be at New Fairview Memorial Gardens, Rockbridge. Friends May call 6-8 PM Thursday October 16, 2003 at the funeral home.
