Robert L. Allen

Robert L. Allen, 61, of Glouster, passed away Thursday, June 2, 2005 at his residence. He was born July 17, 1943 in Glouster the son of the late Harold and Mary Allen. He was married to Carolyn P. Exline Allen, who survives.

He was a retired locomotive mechanic.

In addition to his wife, Carolyn, he is survived by a son, Robert L. Allen II of Columbus; 3 stepsons, Eddie Penny Nott of Grove City, Mark Sandy Nott of Glouster and Rick Nott of Hilliard; one stepdaughter, Julie Fritz Craig of Glouster; twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Sunday, June 5, 2005 at Cardaras Funeral Home, 30 Main Street, Glouster, with John Wright officiating. Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery, Glouster. Friends may call Saturday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
