Ruby E. Blanton

Ruby E. ?Mrs. KY? Blanton, 72, of Logan, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2006, at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster. She was born January 18, 1934, in Hocking Co., daughter of the late Clifford and Lucille Smith Nixon. She was married to James E. ?KY? Blanton of Logan.

Ruby was a member of the Ashville V.F.W.

In addition to her husband she is survived by a son, Donald E. JoAnn Blanton of New Lexington; two daughters, Cathy Dave Newlen of Logan and Lisa Kevin Lawrence of Columbus; two grandchildren, Carla and K.J.

At her request she will be cremated. Arrangements by Cardaras Funeral Home 183 E. Second St. Logan.
