Joseph W. Bertram

Joseph W. Bertram Sr., 43, of McConnelsville, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital, Columbus. He was born April 28, 1962 in Columbus son of the late Russell E. and Zelva F. Thompson Bertram. Joseph was married Cheryl Brown Bertram, who survives.

Music was his life.

In addition to his wife, Joseph is survived by one son, Joseph W. Bertram Jr. of Columbus; one daughter, Stephan Fay Vetter of Columbus; three step children; five grandchildren and two sisters, Patty Chapman of Coal Grove, Ohio and Ruth Adams of Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister.

Graveside services will be held Monday, March 26, 2007 at New Fairview Memorial Gardens, Rockbridge with Jami Porter officiating. Friends may call at the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan on Monday from 1-2:45 P.M.
