Sharon A. Stewart

Sharon A. Stewart 59 of Logan passed away January 10, 2008 at her residence. She was born September 22, 1948 in Wheeling, W. Va., daughter of Jesse and Joanne Smith Gabel of Logan.

She was a former medical transcriptionist for Radiology Associates of Athens, a member of the Logan Moose and the Logan Eagles. She was also an avid Nascar Fan.

Sharon is survived by 2 sons James J. Dawn Roush McCort of Lancaster and Ty Erin McCort of Logan, a daughter Tammy Joe Sammons of Logan, 7 grandchildren Donnie, Brooke, Emily, Terin, Tanner, Hannah, and Haleigh. She also has a sister Jessie Sue Clawson of Mason, Ohio.

Sharon's wished were to be cremated and memorial services will be held at 11:00AM Saturday January 26, 2008 at the Cardaras Funeral Home 183 E. Second St. Logan. Friends may call at the funeral home 1 hour prior to the services.

The family suggests contributions be made in Sharon's name to the Victory Junction Gang Camp 4500 Adam's Way Randleman, N.C. 27317 .
