Jack J. Warren

Jack J. ""Jackie Joe"" Warren, 54, of Nelsonville passed away at his residence. He was born September 24, 1955, son of the late Jack Warren and Donna Hilliard Sisco.

He is survived by sons, Michael Warren of Lancaster, Jason Warren of Columbus, Matthew Warren of Chillicothe and Tyler Smith of Chillicothe; a daughter, Sarah Smith of McConnelsville and three grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Debbie Wade Warren; a brother, Michael Warren and a nephew, Jason Warren.

Cremation has taken place and no services will be observed. Arrangements are by Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville.
