Lowell J. Russ

Lowell J. Russ, 69, of McArthur, passed away Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Conroe Regional Hospital in Conroe, Texas. He was born October 14, 1941 in Jackson, Ohio, son of the late Harold and Louise Mercer Russ. Lowell was married to the late Linda Ogle Russ.

He was a retired school teacher.

Lowell is survived by sons, Curtis Tammy Russ of McArthur and Christopher Julie Russ of Conroe, Texas and grandchildren, Darian, Christian, Gabrial and Miryiah.

A memorial service will be held 11 A.M., Friday, December 3, 2010 in the McArthur Free Will Baptist Church, 408 W. Main St., McArthur with Rev. Jim Henderson officiating. Burial will follow cremation in Elk Cemetery, McArthur, at a later date. Friends may call at the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, on Thursday, from 5-8 P.M.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Lowell J. Russ, to the Herbert Westcoat Memorial Library, 120 N. Market St., McArthur, Ohio 45651.
