Kenneth Hersel Stiltner
June 10, 1952 — October 7, 2012
Kenneth Hersel Stiltner, 60, of McArthur, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. HE was born June 10, 1952 in Grundy, Virginia, son of Pauline Looney Stiltner of Circleville and the late Claude Stiltner. Hersel was married to Celia Summit Stiltner, who survives.
He was a former coal miner and a Vietnam Navy Veteran.
In addition to his mother and wife, Hersel is survived by his daughters, Jenny and Penny; several grandchildren and a brother, Kermit Stiltner of Delaware.
Funeral services will be held 1 P.M., Friday, October 12, 2012 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, with Rev. Danny Minton officiating. Interment will be in Bell Cemetery, Vinton County, with military graveside services being conducted by the Vinton County VFW Post #5299. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, from 6-8 P.M.
