Norma Jean Seitz

Norma Jean Seitz, 90, of McArthur, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2015 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She was born October 13, 1924 in Vinton County, daughter of the late Homer and Zelma Stevens Jones. Norma was the widow of the late Robert “Bob” Edwin Seitz.

Norma was a member of the Allensville Church of Christ In Christian Union.

She is survived by her sons, Gerald (Nora) Seitz of McArthur and Jerry (Brenda) Seitz of Londonderry; nine grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; twenty one great great grandchildren and a sister, Faye Clary of Londonderry.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughters, Wanda Scurlock and Rita Ferris and brother, Raymono Jones.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Friday, September 11, 2015 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur with Rev. Jim McFadden officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery, Vinton County. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, from 5-8 p.m.
