Brent K. Williams

Brent Keith Williams, 57, of Nelsonville, passed away at his home on Saturday, September 3, 2022.  He was born August 23, 1965, in Nelsonville, the son of Raymond and Eileen (Barber) Williams of Nelsonville.

Brent enjoyed motorcycle racing and golfing.  Brent was a people person and valued time spent with friends and family.

Brent is survived by his parents; sister, Betsy Matheny of Nelsonville; brother, Brian Williams of Athens; nephews, Christopher Hall and Benjamin Hall; and great nephew, Waylon Hall.

Brent was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred & Mary Williams and Wavelean Barber; uncle, Gary Williams; and great aunts, Lillian Barber, Mildred Barber, and Bea Barber.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, September 9, 2022, in the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville.  Friends may visit from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Friday at the funeral home.
