Cynthia "Cindy" Ann Boyer

Cynthia “Cindy” Ann Boyer, 74, of Westerville, passed away at her home on Monday, October 19, 2026, after a 25 year courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis. She was born on January 1, 1952, in Nelsonville, the daughter of the late Carl D. and Mary F. (Childress) Howard. Cindy was married to Jack Boyer who survives.

Cindy was a 1970 graduate of Nelsonville York High School. She earned her associate degree in medical laboratory technology from the University of Rio Grande, where she was also a member of the Chi Omega Alpha sorority. She retired from the Wauseon School District and was also a wonderful homemaker. Cindy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.

Cindy is survived by her husband, Jack; daughters, Sarah (Tim) Feeser of Columbus, Melissa (Kevin Geib) Boyer of Columbus, and Cassandra (Andy) Ameling of Sylvania, Ohio; grandchildren, Madison Faye Feeser, Luke Thomas Feeser, Evelyn Ann Geib, and Hudson Dale Ameling; and sisters, Charlotte (Rick Holland) Howard of Lowell, Michigan and Crystal (Mike Buchanan) Howard of Nelsonville.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Candy Sue Howard; and brother, C.J. Howard.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 23, 2026, at the Nelsonville Wesleyan Church, 600 Chestnut St, Nelsonville, with Pastor Mike Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville. Family and friends may visit from 11 am to 1 pm, Friday at the church. Arrangements are with the Souers Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St, Nelsonville.
