Donald Keith Bartoe

Donald Keith Bartoe, 69, of Wellston, passed away Monday, September 9, 2024 at Adena Regional Medical Center. He was born August 4, 1955, in Lancaster, Ohio, son of the late Jacob Bartoe and Eula (Perry) Inboden.

Donald was a talented artist, spending his free time drawing and writing. He also enjoyed gardening with his brother Terry.

He is survived by his children, Misty Whightsel, Levi (Breonna) Bartoe, and Dustin (Brooke) Bartoe; step-children, Natasha White and Tina Baker; grandchildren, Jessica Clemons, Jake Whightsel, Kaylie Whightsel, Cameron Whightsel, Makenzie Bartoe, Makayla Bartoe, Emma Bartoe, Mia Bartoe, Lillian Bartoe, Waylon Bartoe, Wyatt Bartoe, Morgan Gillium, Deijah Dempsey, Kamren Dempsey, Weston Rowland, and Ivy White; great-grandchildren, Dekklin Clemons, Jacob Whightsel, Bentley Whightsel, Malia Whightsel, and Zhavia Highhawk; step-mother, Frances Bartoe; brothers, Terry Bartoe, Michael Bartoe, and Kevin Bartoe; sisters, Frances McManis and Shelly Sullivan; and his dog and best friend, Molly.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Jacob and Eula; brother, Jeff Bartoe; and granddaughter, Kylie Bartoe.

A celebration of Donald’s life will be held at a later date.
