Frederick J. "Fred" Mohler

Frederick J. “Fred” Mohler, 76, of Nelsonville, passed away Friday March 27, 2020 at Ohio Health O’Bleness Hospital, Athens. He was born April 16, 1943 in Hocking County, Ohio, the son of the late Fred and Martha Anderson Mohler.  He was married to Marland M. Warren Mohler, for 53 years, who survives.

Frederick worked as a Laborer in the construction industry for most of his life, and working various jobs. He was greatly loved and will be sadly missed.

Along his wife, he is survived by a son, Jay Mohler, of Nelsonville; four brothers; six sisters; and many nieces and nephews.

A graveside funeral service and interment will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, March 30, 2020 at Greenlawn Cemetary, Nelsonville.  Pastor Mike Thomas officiating.  Arrangements are by the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville.
