Glendon "Ringo" Ray Prater

Glendon Ray “Ringo” Prater left this world on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at the residence of his niece, Carlotta Hensler.  Born on July 23, 1953, to the late Melvin and Pearlie Hale Prater.  Glen was the youngest of Melvin and Pearlie’s five sons, Troy James, Billy Joe, Harles Junior and Carles Eugene, who have all passed.

Glen had the privilege of being raised by an exceptional stepmother, Marie Slone Prater, who came into his life after his mother’s passing when he was six.  He also had four step siblings, James, Larry, Ada and Lana.

The family wishes to thank those who had lent a helping hand to Ringo during his lifetime.

There will be no service with private burial at the convenience of the family.
