Judith Lee Edwards

Judith Lee Edwards, 74, of Zaleski, passed away Monday, June 8, 2026, at her residence. She was born February 25, 1952, in McArthur, Ohio, daughter of the late William Benson Waldren and Doris Helen Barber Waldren Daily.

Judy retired from the Lower Bar in Zaleski. She cherished her family above all else, and the love she shared with them was evident in the close-knit bond they maintained throughout her life. Family gatherings, celebrations, and simple moments together brought her great joy, and she took pride in nurturing those relationships. Kind-hearted and considerate, she treated everyone she met with warmth, compassion, and respect. Her gentle spirit, caring nature, and unwavering devotion to her loved ones will be remembered and treasured by all who knew her.

Judy is survived by her companion of 28 years, Larry E. Webb of Zaleski; son, Jon Edwards of McArthur; seven grandchildren; several great grandchildren; sister, Beverly (Jeff) Woodrum of McArthur; brothers, Curtis (Jane) Waldron of Rock Hill, Gary (Beverly) Waldron, Jack (Lisa) Daily of Proctorville and Dean (Lori) Daily of Jackson; special friend, Letha Toops of Zaleski and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Ann McDonald; son, Ronald Lee Edwards Jr. and brother, Steven W. Daily.

A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m., Thursday, June 11, 2026, in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, with Rev. Jim Taylor officiating. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Zaleski. Visitation will be held on Thursday, from 11 am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
