Kenneth "Buddy" R. Parker I

Kenneth “Buddy” R. Parker I, 60, of Logan, passed away Friday, July 28, 2017 at his residence.  He was born December 21, 1956 in Zanesville, son of the late Robert and Ruth Parker Barto.  Buddy was married to Juanita Justice Parker, who survives.

He was a retired Staff Sergeant from the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army as well as a United States Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran.

In addition to his wife, Buddy is survived by his son, Kenneth R. (Amanda) Parker II of Logan; daughters, Amy Parker of Logan, Kendra Parker of Lancaster and Christine Parker of Michigan; grandchildren, Willow and Soulen Parker, Misty and Corey Poling and Abigail and Cole Jenkins; sister, Bobbie Barto of Florida and sissy-in-law, Nadine Justice.

A memorial visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, August 3, 2017 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.  Military honors will be conducted at 5 p.m. by the Hocking County Honor Guard.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Kenneth R. Parker I to the charity of your choice.
