Lee Huntley-Daft, 84, of New Plymouth, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at the Pickering House in Lancaster, Ohio. She was born July 18, 1940, in Athens, Ohio, daughter of the late John W. “Jack” and Louise Bailey Parfitt.
Lee owned and operated Huntley Trucking for 53 years. She was a member of the McArthur Eagles EARIE #2279; the New Plymouth Community Church and she enjoyed reading. She cherished every opportunity to gather, laugh, share stories, and create lasting memories with all of them. She also treasured her close bond with her sisters and brother. Week after week, their outings were a source of joy, laughter, and companionship. Whether they were shopping or enjoying lunch together, those moments strengthened their lifelong connection. She leaves behind a legacy of love, family, and the simple pleasures of time spent together.
