Maddox Levi Warren, infant son of Christopher Robert Warren and Kimberly Nikole Howard, passed away Friday, February 21, 2020 at OhioHealth O’Bleness Hospital.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Dana and Rick Parsley; paternal grandparents, Chris Warren and Saunia (Nick) Henderson; brother, Brayden Warren and sister, Whitley Warren.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville.
