Marilyn A. Kistler Harper, 89, of Logan, passed away at her home on Saturday, December 30, 2023. She was born May 20, 1934, in Lancaster, Ohio, the daughter of the late Albert Eugene and Eileen Botts Kistler.
Marilyn is survived by her sons, Mark (Lisa) Harper of Anna, Illinois, James Harper of Logan, and Bill (Tami) Harper of Logan; daughters, Sheila (Kris) Hall of Logan and Bonnie (Gary) Vanscoy of Logan; grandchildren, Alex (Renee) Harper, Holly (Heath) Newman, Remington Harper, Cameron Harper, Brooke (Matt) Laturell, Becky (Ryan) McDonald, Matthew (Jenna) Hall, Katie Hall, Corey (Mindy) Blackburn, and Hunter Vanscoy (Lexy Turner); brother, Mick Kistler of Canal Winchester; and sister, Denise Keefe of Thornville.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Gary Kistler; and sister, Sharon Altman.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 5, 2024, at Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan. Interment will be in Carroll Cemetery, Carroll, Ohio. Family and friends may visit from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Friday at the funeral home.
