Regina Ann Hill

Regina Ann Hill, 61, of McArthur, passed away at her home on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. She was born on December 14, 1964, in Columbus, Ohio, daughter of Edna Mae (Chaffin) and the late Mickey Nelms.

Regina is survived by her mother; children, Jessica Lee Hill, Rachael Ann Allen, and Micah Levi Hill; seven grandchildren, Caleb Bartoe, Lydia Bartoe, Noel Allen, Shiloh Allen, Romey Allen, Emric Hill, Leela Hill, and one grandbaby on the way; brother, Robert Sifford; and sisters, Carol Sims, Mickie Nelms, Becky Emmert, and Sheila Benson.

Regina was preceded in death by her father and sister, Debbie Dodrill.

A celebration of life will be announced by Regina’s family at a later date. Arrangements are by Garrett Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St, McArthur.
