Wendy Lynn Hysell

Wendy Lynn (Andrews) Hysell, 66, of Nelsonville, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2026, at McArthur Health Care Center in McArthur. She was born May 6, 1960, in Nelsonville, Ohio to the late Joseph Andrews and Mildred (Wend) Andrews of Nelsonville.

Wendy was a 1978 graduate of Nelsonville-York and enjoyed her kitties and family.

Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Larry Hysell and two stepsons, Kevin Hysell and Dwayne Hysell.

Wendy is survived by three brothers, Kent (Debbie) Andrews, Duane (Lynn) Andrews and Jason (Michelle) Andrews and one sister Robin (Douglas) Meyer, all of Nelsonville, Ohio, as well as many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to Maple Hills Care Center in McArthur, Ohio for their wonderful caring staff and Adena Hospice of Chillicothe, Ohio.

Following Wendy’s wishes, funeral services will be private.
