William Allen "Bill" Sharp

William Allen “Bill” Sharp, 59, of Jacksonville, passed away Friday, April 17, 2020 at Kobacker House in Columbus.  He was born May 25, 1960 in Nelsonville, Ohio, son of Wanda Whitmore Tinkham of Jacksonville and the late Jack Sharp.

He was a Navy Veteran, and worked at the Athens County Water Treatment Plant. Member of Jacksonville Church of God.

Along with his mother, Bill is survived by sons, Christopher (Brandy) Sharp of Nelsonville, Samual Sharp and Robert Sharp both of Athens; five grandchildren; former wife Sandra Sharp of Shade.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Lynn Kennedy.

It was the wish of Bill to be cremated, and no services will be observed.  Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home, 30 Main St., Glouster.
